19m long-range patrol boats will be delivered in the near future

AMADA will launch a new patrol boat with compound lines, which designed for offshore navigation area, based on the requirements for long endurance and high maneuverability. It can be operated efficiently in sea state four conditions, with a maximum speed of approximately 30 knots and range of approximately 431 nautical miles. Currently, two boats have been successfully built in South China and have approved by CCS. They are scheduled to be deployed to designated service areas in the near future.

The boat we have designed possesses numerous superior functions, including modular mission payload carrying capacity, the ability to remain afloat even when one compartment is flooded, and dock mooring capabilities, towing functionality, high sea-state survivability, and reduced rolling design. These features make it an exceptional vessel suitable for a wide range of applications.

This type of boat also has the dual capability of manned and unmanned operation, and is prepared for vigilance and patrol work in sea state 4. The compartments of the boat are divided from front to back into the forepeak, equipment compartment, fuel tank compartment, engine room, and steering compartment. The top of the engine room is equipped with a driving cabin.

The interior of this boat has been specifically designed with eco-friendly, flame-retardant, sound-absorbing, heat-insulating, and noise-reducing materials. Additionally, well-sealed doors and windows have been chosen, and mature glass anti-radiation film technology has been applied. These features aim to provide a comfortable and safe environment for the occupants, while also reducing the environmental impact of the vessel.

Currently, the first vessel has been completed in the south of China and has finished inclination tests, sea trials, and other evaluations. The second vessel is also in the construction process. They will soon be delivered to the designated service area.
